We stand behind all the products we offer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we want to know about it. We strive to make all our customers happy!
Returns -- An unopened product may be returned within ten days of purchase for a refund. If we can resell the item as new, you will get your money back, less the original shipping and handling. We are unable to accept used merchandise. If the product has been opened, or is refused at the time of delivery to you, it's subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee applies in any case to water trampolines, water bouncers and banana boats. Goods can only be returned under a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Contact us at service@DirectInflatables.ca to obtain an RA# and shipping instructions. Include your name and address, details of your product, purchase date, invoice number and the reason for the return. Return shipping is at your cost.
Defects – -- Most of our products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in recreational use; Aquaglide Platinum products carry a three-year or five-year warranty. Warranties on defective products will be honoured by the manufacturer directly. Defective products will be replaced with like products in good condition as soon as possible after receipt and inspection. Goods can only be returned under a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Contact us at service@DirectInflatables.ca to obtain an RA# and shipping instructions. Include your name and address, details of your product, purchase date, invoice number and the problem. DirectInflatables.ca will not accept for refund items damaged as a result of misuse, abuse or neglect.
If you wish to cancel your order, we must be notified by email at service@DirectInflatables.ca or by phone at 1-800-651-0012 before your order has been shipped. For all other cancellation requests, please refer to the above.
