We'll be shipping your product by FedEx, because they're reliable and trackable. Occasionally we’ll use UPS, or we might use truck freight if it’s particularly large and heavy. In any case, ground shipping within the ten Canadian provinces is FREE.

We generally ship from our warehouse in Vancouver BC. We usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, often same day.  FedEx will get it to you in 1-5 business days from shipping day, depending on where you are in Canada. We’ll email you after shipping with the tracking info, so you can follow it online.

If you need faster shipping, email us at sales@DirectInflatables.ca or give us a call at 1-800-651-0012 8:00-8:00 Pacific time for a price quote. Tell us what you're buying and your postal code.  We'll just charge the difference between the service you want and the regular ground service cost we'll pay. Bear in mind that faster shipping usually means shipping on a plane instead of a truck, so the cost does take a significant jump, depending on where you are.

We will ship anywhere in the world out of the USA through our sister site, DirectInflatables.com, but extra charges will apply outside the continental U.S. -- email us at sales@DirectInflatables.com for a cost. Weight of the shipment and distance to travel will determine the additional cost.

If you happen to live in Vancouver's Lower Mainland, send us an email at sales@DirectInflatables.ca with what you want and where you are.  We'll be able to save you something as we save on our shipping costs.

If you live in the Territories, email us at sales@DirectInflatables.ca with what you want and your postal code. We can still get it to you, it just costs more. You’re probably used to that.
